No one does Whole Hog the way we do!!!!!!

Our Pitmaster has travelled deep into the south crashing backyard BBQ's and celebrations, learning secret recipes and techniques from the folks that invented BBQ. 

 

We start by trimming and injecting our meats with our special marinade.  Our meats are hand rubbed and placed onto our all wood burning smoker, or what we at tailgators like to call our PIT.  Our hogs are smoked low and slow using apple, pear and oakwood for 12 hours.  This process is not something you can learn to do overnight, the smoking with sweet woods delivers a tenderness and flavor profile you just can't get from the typical propane roasted Hog.

 

There is no one that does BBQ Catering the way we do.  We would like to thank the folks of Perry Georgia for welcoming us into their backyards and sharing with us thier recipes that go back generations.
